    About the client

    Modulex is a Ukrainian manufacturer of quick-build modular buildings: from residential buildings to offices and shops. Since the beginning of their work in 2006, they managed to become one of the leaders in their segment.

    Problem description

    Natural growth gradually allowed the company to scale in a medium-sized business. At that stage, the Modulex government realized that the management system they had built on their own had ceased to meet the requirements of a very mature business and the company's growth had stopped. They faced a typical growth crisis:

    chaotic development;

    blurred areas of responsibility;

    the team lacks a single vision;

    problems with time management;

    unstable profitability;

    limited resources;

    lack of planning.

    It was necessary to create a new organization design.

    Designed key business processes, which allows the company to grow x2 times.

    Key gain creation points were identified – tangible and intangible assets of the company, the effective management of which improves the value proposition of the company.

    The understanding of the roles of senior managers was rethought: from “the head – the owner of the business process” to “the head – the owner of the value creation point or business asset”.

    Developed and implemented new KPIs & metrics to assess progress.

    Provided coaching and conducted a series of workshops for management.

    Built effective connections between the company’s divisions.

    The company’s management system was brought to a new level of maturity.
