Our methodology

We take Gainagement model as the basis for the design of the organization.

Gainagementit is an organizational design framework that consists of 6 key components and is formed around a Big Idea, which the company as a whole or a specific function “trying to deliver” to internal or external customers.

Gain Creation Point (GCP) – this is a business asset that is transferred to managers for system management in order to implement an agreed list of expectations and increase business profitability.
