    About the client

    ECLIIPSE develops individual architectural projects, manufactures, and installs structures for glazing facades of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as private houses. At the moment, it is one of the three national leaders and largest players in the design and production of facade systems in Ukraine.

    Problem description

    ECLIPSE has outgrown the format of a small organization but continued to use the old approaches to organization of work and management, which limited growth and scaling.

    The effectiveness of most tasks and the control of business processes depended on the personal participation of the founders (the “manual” mode was preserved). There was no clear division of responsibilities between founders, and between employees of the company.

    Modeled the optimal business processes and organizational structure of the company based on the best cases of design organizations in the construction industry.

    Implemented automation of key cross-functional business processes using the Bizagi BPMS platform.

    Helped company executives switch to project management, automated project management using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server.
