We start operational excellence improvement processes with operational audit together with client’s team. As the result, we get full picture of each operation current state, and define cost, complexity, and impact of each improvement area we identify. We also work on a root-causes for the most critical areas to identify the real issue and the real corrective actions.
Then we conduct a series of workshops for the key management team on the fundamentals of building effective operating models and business processes. We train the management team of methodology of building effective asset / process / structural division management systems.
After all we develop, agree, and approve the calendar implementation plan and start the process of monitoring and analyzing the success track. When the company has gained enough experience in operational excellence and can continue to support the improvement, we transfer the implementation ownership completely to their internal operational team.
